Suppliers Relations Analyst I

One of our esteemed clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supplier Relations Analyst I.

Job Purpose : To lead the efforts of suppliers prequalification process aimed at developing Companys Approved Suppliers List (ASL). This role involves being both the technical and the business interface between suppliers and Companys HSEQ Engineering Operation and other related Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supplier selection and prequalification criteria based on companys business strategies to develop an approved supplier list that provides competitive advantage in quality value/cost delivery and technology.
• Develop and work with the ERP team to ensure that PSCM requirements related to the supplier portal are implemented.
• Develop implement and update all the suppliers relevant policies procedures and processes (relationship management performance appraisal etc.).
• Communicating strategic information with key suppliers in order to enable them to provide better goods and services.
• Categorize Goods and Services to ensure the optimum segmentation of the Supply Chain.
• Segmenting Suppliers according to the importance of the provided goods and services.

Qualifications Experience & Competencies :

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field degree.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems
  
• Excellent Negotiation Presentation Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
