We are currently looking for aSenior Sales Enablement Specialist for theExecutive Aviation Sector (Private Jets) in the UK (London) Market.

Our partneris aleading provider of fractional aircraft ownership offering individuals and businesses access to a diverse fleet of private jets. Founded in 1964 it pioneered the concept of shared aircraft ownership allowing clients to own a portion of an aircraft and use it as needed. With a strong focus on safety and service itprovides efficient and luxurious private travel options.


The Role:

  • The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation ofSales Training Programs forEurope in collaboration with the Organization Developmentarea to ensure alignment. Working with the Director of Commercial Global Sales and MarketingManagement Teams and the Organizational Development Teams.
  • This role will investigate theintricacies of the companys sales processes and design practical courses and learning programs toensure the Sales Team are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to be the companysand
    aviation industry experts refine their sales skills and have the confidence to excel in their roles.

    Resposabilities:

    Design development solutions:

    • Work closely with Sales Management business stakeholders and the OrganisationalDevelopment (OD) team to define the knowledge experience and training curriculum requiredfor each role within the Sales Department to achieve and exceed the Sales targets.
    • Partnering with Sales Management to identify and analyse knowledge and skills gaps toincrease performance.
    • Develop and maintain the bestpractice sales training curriculum in alignment with the companys ODteam including ongoing refresher courses to ensure knowledge and performance gaps areminimised and that the team perform at their peak.
    • Work closely with our Global Enablement teams including OD Sales and OwnerServices departments to develop globally led or crossdepartmental initiatives and ensure theirsuccessful execution across the Sales function.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive trainthetrainer programs to equip internal
    • Subject MatterExperts (SMEs) with the necessary knowledge skills and tools to effectively train and mentoremployees ensuring consistent and highquality training delivery across the organisation.

    Implement development solutions & budget management:

    • Partner with OD team and external Sales Trainers in providing coaching to sales managersto empower them to strengthen their teams.
      Continuously develop and deliver specialist onboarding programs working closely with SalesManagers to provide additional feedback and support to accelerate the growth and effectivenessof new hires.
      Plan and deliver ongoing specialist training according to the curriculum for each role inpartnership with OD team as well as internal and external SMEs using diverse mediachannels (such as podcasts videos elearning etc) and preparing training materials and handouts to maximise training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
    • Work with OD team to manage and optimise the Sales Training budget by leveragingadapting scaling and facilitating industry expertise and best practice to ensure effectiveallocation of resources and maximise return on investment for training initiatives.
      Work with internal SMEs to ensure that information required by the sales team is wellpresented easy to understand and effectively communicated. This includes but is not limited toprocesses and policies product launch and update materials industry and competitorintel.
      Become an expert in Salesrelated topics with credible experience and knowledge to influenceSales team members to prioritise learning adopt policies and best practice processes and bemore effective through greater selfsufficiency.
      Provide ongoing day to day support to the entire Sales team to ensure consistent pitch andunderstanding across all regions.
      Support the Sales related training requirements across Europe including facilitation ofbroader training.

    Continuous improvement:

    • Measure the effectiveness of training programs. This will include measuring individualparticipation in training programs as well as proficiency of skills obtained through the training.
    • Focus on continuous improvement of business processes and communications by feeding backinsights from training to relevant stakeholders and providing process redesignrecommendations.


      What we expect from you:

      • Bachelors university degree preferred ideally in Management Marketing or Psychology.
      • Minimum 5 years sales training experience.
      • Minimum 3 years experience working with senior management in a corporate setting.
        Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for all audiences.
        Confident in developing learning materials including video audio presentations eLearningmodules documents guidebooks and interactive programs using different design andfacilitation tools and software.
