Job Description
One of our International Oilfield Services client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Hydraulic Fracturing Projects) to be based in Damman.
Position Overview:
A Service Delivery Manager (SDM) plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organizations services and operations run smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency related to hydraulic fracturing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire frac project from planning to execution. And coordinating with various teams and stakeholders involved in the project such as drilling engineers geologists field personnel and equipment suppliers.
- Ensure that the necessary resources including manpower equipment materials and technology are available and allocated appropriately to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed rigorously to protect both personnel and the environment.
- Monitors the quality of the fracturing process to ensure that it meets the desired performance standards. Analyzing data conducting tests and making adjustments as necessary.
- Responsible for managing the project budget efficiently to control costs and monitoring expenses related to labor equipment materials and other resources.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
- Oversee contractual aspects ensuring that services are delivered as per agreements and that any changes or modifications are appropriately managed and communicated.
- Oversee the documentation process and ensure records are accurately maintained for compliance and future reference.
- Optimize processes and improve the efficiency of frac operations.
- Ensures that all environmental requirements are met and that the operation is conducted responsibly.
- Provide insights into project performance challenges and achievements to senior management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment materials and other necessary services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as petroleum engineering chemical engineering geology or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience of 10 years in unconventional drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes equipment and tools used in unconventional drilling and fracking operations.
- Familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements of fracking in shale formations.
- Strong leadership team management high organizational & communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and relevant software tools.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
