We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Affiliation to lead our affiliation department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry possessing at least 5 years of experience with a proven track record of managing and growing affiliation programs across multiple markets. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and be capable of driving a team towards achieving strategic goals and maximizing revenue through successful affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify negotiate and onboard new affiliate partners fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive acquisition engagement and retention across various markets.
• Analyse performance data and key metrics to optimize and enhance affiliate campaigns for improved ROI.
• Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers providing guidance and support to achieve department and company objectives.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales and product teams to align strategies and initiatives for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
• Develop and manage the affiliation budget ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure to meet set targets.
• Provide affiliates with creative assets marketing materials and support to enhance their promotional efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record in driving successful affiliate programs across multiple markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards shared goals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
• Indepth knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
