Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Consumer Service Specialist Do you speak a native level of French and Spanish Apply now to join a a leading company in the animal feed sector in Barcelona.
In your daytoday you will:
Track if complaints are being managed properly
Manage some complaints from France Spain or other countries (English) that are considered sensitive
Assess a crisis situation and recommend What How and When to act based on experience and knowledge
Analyze the departments KPIs daily to detect possible anomalies or fasttrack pending cases
Daily and monthly closing reviews of cases to ensure data quality and process compliance
Reduce time of answering to consumers in France Spain and other countries by developing response guidelines and transfer information to the Call Center
Ensure that the materials available to the call center are relevant and updated
Train external agents external coordinator and internal supporters
Inform the business about consumer feedback and detect trends and opportunities
Youre the person were looking for if:
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Consumer Service Specialist
You have a native level of French and Spanish and a high level of English
You have experience in Excel & PowerPoint
You have at least 1 BI tool: PowerBI Tableau SAP Analytics QlikView Looker etc. (will be a plus)
You have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (will be a plus)
Youre proactive highly client oriented and detailoriented
Youre autonomous flexible and empathetic
Youre a pet lover
