Key Responsibilities

Our UK marketing team is looking for a Customer Marketer to support our growing operations in Europe. Some of the Customer Marketers responsibilities will be:

  • Developing our case study programme. The goal is to produce case studies for our key products in our target industries. Our case studies are produced in video PDF and web formats. The Customer Marketer will need to liaise with our account management team multiple product marketing teams partners and customers to identify case study candidates schedule then attend the filming and shepherd the entire process through to publication and commercial use.
  • Boosting revenue through upsell and crosssell activities. With tens of thousands of UK users and over 50 products there are lots of ways to generate more revenue from our existing customer base. The Customer Marketer will need to identify opportunities from our CRM system produce suitable materials and work with our Account Management teams to generate revenue through digital and facetoface activities.
  • Working with the UK Account Management team to retain existing customers and expand their use of Zoho products. The Customer Marketer will need to provide the materials and data they request and promote materials or tools they may not be aware of.
  • Working with the rest of the UK and European marketing team in other marketing activities. These will include content development leadgeneration brand building user groups and our user conference.


Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience at a minimum preferably within a technology or software company.
  • Ability to cope with and improve complex business processes in a competitive commercial environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A driven individual passionate about digital technology and its capabilities to transform business results.
  • A selfstarter who is selfmotivated and happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
  • A friendly peopleoriented person who is adept at making and building strong business relationships with customers partners and influencers in person or virtually.
  • Happy to work in a hybrid team of remote and officebased staff.
  • Ability to plan manage projects and execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Good writing skills are essential.
  • Willing to travel when required mostly in the UK but sometimes within Europe and beyond

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
