Job Description
Location: Remote
Requirement: Must be able to get Baseline clearance
We require services to include but are not limited to:
Training
ist in building capability within the team training and knowledge sharing from experience.
Contribute to structured training efforts to ups existing Payroll staff.
Issue Resolution
Liaise with users to understand the context of issues and provide resolution.
Trouble and provide a solution to complex configuration issues.
Complete support requests and resolve technical issues within our defined service levels.
Transfer of experience and knowledge from general system admin ss to technical configuration.
Trouble and provide resolution to complex system issues.
Define effort technical requirements and complexity of enhancements and implement them as required.
Enhancements
ist in the management of development requests of new and existing configurations.
Follow internal change management controls plan test and implement configuration within these controls.
Contribute to largerscale configuration and development pieces as part of defined project activities within the team.
Manage technical risk and evaluate the impact of complex changes.
Requirements
Essential criteria
1.Consultant has experience troubleing Aurion issues and has demonstrated capability to work through fixes and implement upgrades and new functionality (build/test/implement).
2.Consultant provided has a full technical understanding of the Aurion system and has been working with the system for a long period of time.
3.Consultant can deliver one on one training.
