Position: Technical Trainer for Skills Bootcamps

Organisational Background:

Role Summary:

This position focuses on delivering highquality technical training as part of our Bootcamp Learning Project. You will be conducting training sessions both online and occasionally inperson in our London office. Leveraging advanced online learning platforms and technologies your role is pivotal in ensuring accessible innovative and effective training for our learners. You will collaborate closely with the Project Director and the Senior Curriculum and Learning Manager to refine training methodologies and curriculum content tailoring the learning experience to individual needs and introducing fresh effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment adaptable to various learning styles.

Develop and update curriculum content and training resources ensuring they are current and relevant.

Understand and apply OFSTED requirements to maintain high teaching standards.

Record and report training activities collaborating with internal teams to enhance learner employability.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies.

Candidate Profile:

Required: PGCE/Certificate in Education ability to teach CompTIA A.

Preferred: Certifications in Windows 10/11 Windows 365 and Microsoft Azure fundamentals. Microsoft Certified Trainer status is a plus.

Demonstrated excellence in both remote and inperson training delivery.

Proven experience in developing innovative curriculum content and effective training systems.

Flexible motivated and adept at managing a fastpaced work environment.
