Are you ready to join the revolution Were looking for a Business Development Intern (all genders) to support our founders in various areas including market research marketing expansion sales and success expansion product research and many more topics. This fulltime opportunity is designed for three or six months.

Tasks

• You support the founders with a variety of tasks like preparing reports and presentations and conducting data analysis
• Conduct research on various topics to support decisionmaking
• You support other senior executives at Lumiform
• Manage and track the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives
• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures
• Identifying and resolving potential problems
• Staying uptodate on industry trends and best practices
• Literally you help everywhere you can to support founders and management to make operations as effective as possible.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; German will be a huge plus.
• You are enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in business marketing or related field.
• Passion for startups and a drive to help fuel a young companys growth.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A reliable allrounder with a handson and customerfocused mindset.
• Problemsolving skills with a knack for structured and creative solutions.
• Team player with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals.
• Reside in Berlin or have the flexibility to relocate to this vibrant city.
• Prior work experience through internships or similar environments is a plus.
