MISSION
The main mission of the English as a Foreign Language Teacher is to help students acquire the knowledge skills and attitudes they need to learn English as a foreign language.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teaching English to nonEnglishspeaking students (individual and group lessons)
- Designing and implementing individualized pathways for these students
- Convey subject knowledge
- Designing and implementing learning and teaching situations within the framework of French curricula and reference frameworks in line with CECRL competencies
- Ensuring students acquire skills including capacities attitudes and procedural knowledge
- Leading the class and foster students interest and participation
- Provide personalized monitoring of students by working closely with their family and participate in their educational project
- Contributing to teamwork
- Contributing to the operation of the school and its growth (involvement in projects and events etc...)
- Adapting his/her teaching to the diversity of students by providing each of them with the necessary support and measure their achievements
- Using information and communication technologies to support learnings
- Exercise of specific functions (coordination projects coteaching and so on)
SKILLS ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- English speaker or CEFR C1 level minimum
- Teaching degree holder (Master s PGCE PGDE CRPE)
- Additional certification in ESL (TELF TESOL...) required
- Experience in teaching English in kindergarten and/or elementary school required
- Preferably with experience abroad or in international schools
- Knowledge of the French education system is a plus
- Adaptability and benevolence
- Very good writing and speaking skills
- Strong teamwork skills and committed to making projects successful
- Good knowledge of educational softwares
- Ability to adapt to nonEnglish speaking students
- Able to provide instructions suited to a wide variety of students
- Able to work in a transversal and multidisciplinary way
- Proficiency in French is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full time position (27 hours of teaching/week) 1V
- Remuneration will be based on company salary scale
- Starting date: End of August 2024

La mission principale du professeur dEFL est de faire acqu rir aux l ves des connaissances savoirsfaire et savoirs tre afin de les accompagner dans lapprentissage de langlais comme langue trang re.
RESPONSABILIT S
- Enseigner l anglais des l ves du primaire n o anglophones
- Concevoir et mettre en uvre des situations d apprentissage ou d enseignement dans le cadre des programmes et r f rentiels fran ais en lien avec les comp tences du CECRL
- Transmettre des connaissances disciplinaires
- Concevoir et mettre en uvre des modalit s d valuation des acquis des l ves en liaison avec les autres enseignants ou les partenaires professionnels
- Faire acqu rir des comp tences incluant des capacit s des attitudes et des savoirfaire
- Ma triser la conduite dune classe et susciter lint r t et la participation des l ves
- Assurer un suivi personnalis des l ves en lien avec les familles et participer leur projet ducatif
- Contribuer au fonctionnement de l tablissement et au travail d quipe
- Adapter son enseignement la diversit des l ves en apportant chacun lappui n cessaire et mesurer leurs acquis
- Utiliser des technologies de linformation et de la communication au service des apprentissages
- Exercer des fonctions sp cifiques si besoin (coordination projets travail en bin me/classe bilingue etc)
COMP TENCES EXP RIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES
- Anglophone ou niveau C1 minimum
- Titulaire d un dipl me dans l ducation (Master PGCE PGDE CRPE)
- Certification compl mentaire (TELF TESOL...) requise
- Exp rience dans l enseignement de l anglais en maternelle et/ou l mentaire requise
- Exp rience av r e avec des l ves n oanglophones
- Exp rience l tranger ou dans des coles internationales appr ci e
- Connaissance du syst me ducatif fran ais un plus
- Capacit d adaptation et bienveillance
- Tr s bonne expression crite et orale
- Forte capacit travailler en quipe et s investir dans des projets
