Learning and Development Manager
Are you passionate about employee growth and development Our client are specialists within the construction industry and are now looking to employ a specialist who will join the people team and role out a training programme across the business. They will identify through a deep analysis areas of skills enhancement and work with Directors and Managers on individual team training programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with company needs.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee training programs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve.
- Enhance our Onboarding Program and talent development plans.
- Create a coaching culture and explore apprenticeship opportunities.
- Build connections with schools and colleges to promote our industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in learning and development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
