With a diverse portfolio serving residential and commercial managing agents offices and schools our client is seeking an ambitious and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and drive business growth.
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bishop Stortford office London sites Hybrid working
Salary: Up to 60k Car Allowance
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 8 am 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Identify lucrative business opportunities within M & E maintenance and formulate strategic approaches to maximize them.
Foster and nurture robust relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive market research to discern trends competitive landscapes and potential growth areas.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Monitor and report on sales progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development sales or related roles.
- Desirable previous experience within the M & E industry.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software tools.
