EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline (such as Business Finance etc.) and 2 years postrelated experience
Or exceptionally the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidates particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest that is at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post
Staff experience with financial and administrative processes to support resource planning budgeting and management in a technical environment
Knowledge of Service Management principles has experience in negotiating roles associated with a typical customerprovider relationship
High level of organisational and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills both written and oral experience in office communication
Experience working in NATO or NCI Agency and familiarization with NCI Agency organizational concepts such as Enterprise Service Delivery Model
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
ITIL Foundation Certification;
NATO Resource Management Education Programme (RMEP) Course
Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization including ACO ACT & NCI Agency
DUTIES/ROLE:
Assisting in aspects of Service lifecycle ensuring effective and efficient use of assigned resources
Engages and liaises with NCI Agencys elements and other organisations with recommendations to commit CSU resources
Assists in the coordination of all activities of CSUs assigned resources in the frame of Operations & Exercises planning Plans & Projects Requirements Management Service Management and Business Process Management
Assists with initiating cost and resource assessments
Assists in the development of resource requirements for CSU projects and provides guidance for their defence through the various levels of the NATO screening and approval process
Assists in the coordination of all activities of assigned financial resources
Take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues in a systematic approach
Advise his/her superiors and recommend solutions
Work on own initiative with limited supervision
Perform other duties as may be required
