Job Description:
1) Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
2) Typing formatting and editing reports documents and presentations.
3) Liaising with internal departments answering calls and making travel arrangements.
4) Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
5) Scheduling appointments maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
Job Qualification:
1) 25 years of experience in same role
2) Excellent English & Arabic verbal & written skills.
3) Advanced communication & negotiation skills.
4) Flexible to work after working hours and on weekend if needed
5) Multitasker & excellent time manager.
