Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with investment partners to facilitate and close deals including structuring deals performing due diligence and negotiating terms;
• Drafting and revising transaction documents;
• Implementing legal compliance in the various areas of business operations;
• Working closely with KYC AML GDPR external providers;
• Registration and support of nonresident companies;
• Analysis of foreign legislation changes in corporate and tax law;
• Supporting daytoday legal activities and operations of the company;
• Drafting agreements and supporting documents in different jurisdictions;
• Communicating with business partners law firms service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;
• Preparation of analytical materials commercial offers expert opinions and comments.

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in a Ukrainian or international law firm / reputable inhouse legal department
• Ability to manage small projects and workstreams independently
• Activity and responsibility in the performance of tasks resultoriented
• Good analytical skills systematic approach and logical thinking
• Upper intermediate/ advanced/ fluent English
• Fast learner;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
• Hardworking wellorganized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience in IT High risk areas
