The Opportunity:

Become a valued member of our wider team by utilizing your wealth of business development expertise in professional services to coach our initiates in their growth by assisting them in acquiring the relevant business development skills to operate independently.

You will have the ability to identify promising business opportunities and avenues for expansion.

We are primarily interested in your business development skillset as training and support will be provided for the coaching aspect of this role. However some previous coaching experience will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop strategies to expand the client base and revenue
• Leverage our training system and coach team members on client acquisition
• Identify market trends within media platforms and channels for effective marketing strategies
