SAP HYBRIS eCommerce Lead & Architect 100% Remote

The SAP Commerce (Hybris) Lead and Solution Architect is responsible for the the overall Digital architecture. The architect will provide technical leadership help & guidance for ongoing and new projects & product initiatives. The Architect will collaborate with the business teams other technical teams vendors to deliver the best Digital commerce solution. The architect will be responsible for the entire endtoend commerce solution including the SAP Commerce Cloud solution. Beginning with a 23 week assessment for the requirement gathering to determine the high level project plan for the project.

The role entails creating enterprise architecture diagrams solution designs high level technical design documents detailed hybris and other technical design documents with an emphasis on innovation best in class design principles performance & stability. Ensure quality and relevance of business requirements functional specifications technical specifications. Provide operation support and oversight of application performance.

(Hybrid work setting is required of candidates within a 50 mile radius of the Akron OH or Dallas TX offices)

Technical Leadership:

Lead and support projects that further Signet s most important strategic priorities across the business with cross functional teams from ideation to execution.

• Collaborate with the business to ensure relevance of business requirements and help estimation sessions to determine the scope of work
  
• Provide guidance & recommendation on technical strategy feasibility & estimation.

Architecture:

Document review & guide high level solution designs End to End solutions (HLDs) Detailed SAP hybris designs ensuring high quality deliverables across application teams.

• Implementation best in class solution architecture practices infrastructure improvements enterprise integrations
  
• Communicate & demonstrate the technical solution to a variety of audiences.
  
• Create and review highlevel and detailed technical design documents for multiple projects
  
• Provide design expertise on solutions utilizing SAP Hybris Commerce ensuring best practices
  
• Technical oversight and application architecture design review of multiple projects.
  
• Ownership of the endtoend design
  
• Ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud design (Hybris)
  

Provide operation support for Hybris application performance and stability across test performance and production environments. Provide technical & subject matter expertise to assist the production support team with critical issues.

Perform analysis of other Ecommerce solutions & tools vendors 3rd party platform integration and environment infrastructure to determine the right fit for the organization.

Participate as an active team member on the Application Architecture team.

• Join sprint planning scrum etc. as part of our agile software development methodology.
  
• Team education initiatives and knowledge sharing.
  
• Building & maintenance of the teams technical documentation & guidelines.
  
• Participating as a core member on our Design Review meetings
  

Education Required:

Need 4 year degree and preferred MS degree in computer science or a related IT field of study and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of MS will accept BS degree followed by 5 years of related work experience.

Years of JobRelated ecommerce and SAP Experience Required: 10 years with minimum of 5 Years Hybris Lead and design experience

Technical/Other Skills Required:

• Extensive Experience with eCommerce B2C endtoend solution implementation
  
• Expertise in the SAP Commerce suite (SAP Hybris)
  
• Experience in Programming Languages & frameworks like JAVA Spring JavaScript Ajax Apache J2EE
  
• Experience with Databases like Oracle SQL Server
  
• Experience with Version Control: GIT Bit Bucket
  
• 5 years of Hybris Commerce project SDLC and implementation experience
  
• 510 years experience in Design and/or implementation of Ecommerce/Omnichannel solutions
  
• 10 years experience in software development/delivery
  
• Expertise with Java Spring
  

At least 2 year of experience working in Agile methodology projects and worked on Sprints.

At least 2 year of experience working in a project which requires onshore offshore coordination.

Provide oversight planning and technical direction to team to ensure successful delivery of Hybris projects

Solution Architecture and Design for the Hybris ecommerce Solutions Components

Strong understanding of Hybris and integration with Data hub SAP System

Lead technical discussions with customer architects and other stakeholders at all stages of project to articulate solution design performance engineering results and obtain signoff on key technical deliverables

Participate in discussions with key stakeholders to identify business and IT problems associated with current systems

Review and coding of application keeping in mind conformance to proposed architecture and to achieve functional and nonfunctional requirements for medium/high complex projects
