Job Description for Regional Sales Manager Automation Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with the companys goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities target markets and potential clients in the designated regions
Take charge of the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure ensuring the attainment of sales targets
2. Services Commissioning:
Oversee and coordinate the successful commissioning of machines at customers locations
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation setup and testing of machines
Offer technical support to clients during the commissioning process promptly addressing challenges and issues
Demonstrate proficiency in Panels Instruments standard signals Wiring Drawings (SLD) and Hydraulics systems
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong enduring relationships with key customers and stakeholders gaining insights into their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
4. Market Analysis and Insights:
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential obstacles
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team on market trends customer preferences and product enhancements
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions
Utilize datadriven insights to continually refine sales tactics and strategies
