This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and target potential new markets and business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends market activities and competitors.
4. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.
6. Performance Metrics: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.
7. CrossFunctional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams including product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
8. Networking: Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market trends.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company s products and services to effectively communicate all offerings to clients and prospects.
10. Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans identifying risk factors and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in an operations management role preferably in a technology or internet services company.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in operational software and tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and guidelines.
