Graduate Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities:
Hardware Design: Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers to design develop and test hardware solutions for RF spectrum monitoring systems. This includes involvement in schematic capture PCB layout and prototyping.
Embedded Systems Development: Work on the development of embedded systems and firmware for RF hardware components ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure they meet performance specifications. Collaborate with software and test engineers to achieve integrated and seamless solutions.
Collaboration: Engage in crossfunctional collaboration with software engineers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of hardware and software components.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware designs specifications and testing procedures. Ensure that documentation adheres to industry standards.
Prototyping and Debugging: Build and test hardware prototypes identifying and resolving issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to hardware engineering. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
Hardware Design Skills: Proficiency in hardware design tools such as Altium Cadence or similar. Familiarity with FPGA programming and experience in digital and analog circuit design.
Embedded Systems Programming: Experience with embedded systems programming and firmware development. Knowledge of programming languages such as C or VHDL.
ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardwarerelated issues.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse technical backgrounds.
Initiative: Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the success of hardware projects.
