Job Description

Planner Manchester

We are seeking a planner to come and join a Groundworks & Civils sub contractor. Working across residential and commercial projects this company has been around for 30 years and has an excellent name within the market.

The successful Planner could be somebody already doing the role and looking for a move or somebody looking for a change in career and wants to step up from a management role.

Planner Responsibilities:

Project planning programming and progress monitoring including information flow procurement and site works.
To liaise with the Client subcontractors suppliers and designers on all matters relating to planning and attend and contribute to site meetings and other associated meetings.
Provide the planning service on tenders and projects
Attend precontract meetings to explain the planning aspects of the contract.
Monitor and prepare a progress report on the project programme.
Maintain look ahead programmes and advise on implications to both Client & Project Team.
Consider and discuss alternatives with the Project Manager.
Implement Company procedures.
Appraise coordinate and integrate subcontract and design programmes

The salary on offer for this role is up to 55000 Plus career development and exposure to some very exciting projects
