Corporate Property Management Analyst HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT (2 Days of Remote Telecommuting and 3 Days of InOffice Collaboration)
Centurion Analytics LLC is looking for a Property Management Analyst to support our client in Fredericksburg VA. The Property Management Analyst will provide direct support for numerous properties throughout the U.S. and facilitate all phases of the property management process. The Property Management Analyst who will work under the direction of the Property Management Coordinator assists with maximizing the productivity of the onsite staff around the U.S. to ensure that properties are kept up to par and running as efficiently as possible.
Specific Duties:
- Works with maintenance to inspection vacant properties and assist with reporting
- Prepares and/or supervise weekly monthly and annual reporting as it relates to financial and operational procedures
- Willing to travel 2550% to the various properties across the U.S.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and clients
- Assist with the accounting month end process
- Prepare and/or supervise account payable and receivables
- Review tenant files and key documents for accuracy and completion.
- Ensure corporate procedures are followed by onsite staff.
- Maintains record of vacant properties
- Provide direct support to Property Management Coordinator and perform required duties in the PMC s absence
- Use Teams to ensure site staff is at the property on assigned days and hours
- Ensure invoices that are submitted by the properties are accurate and include the appropriate documents within 24 business hours
- Review open work orders to ensure they are being done in a timely manner and review any afterhours emergencies
- Submit all invoices received at corporate within 24 business hours to MIP for payment
- Refunds & Forfeits completed scanned and Mailed
- Review open tasks with each PM using planner
- Review invoice report and review for late invoices. Send PMC all late by property including transmittal # s to be sent to SCOR.
- Prepares and/or supervise weekly monthly and annual reporting as it relates to financial and operational procedures
Requirements
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Certification Preferred
- Prior management and administrative experience
- Extensive Yardi experience required
- Project management experience preferred
- Solid business writing skills and strong public speaking skills
- Willingness to travel days each month to various relocation sites across the U.S.
- Must pass background check & be authorized to work in the U.S.
- One year management experience (Preferred)
- 12 years of multifamily housing leasing experience (Highly preferrednot required)
- A minimum of two years in residential or commercial property management experience is preferred. Computer literacy required.
- Bachelors Degree (Highly Preferred)
- Property management accounting experience a plus
- Experience with ledger reconciliation
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
