- Verify the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers.

- Have a good understanding of the products offered in the store.
- Provide information about product features pricing and benefits.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions.
- Merchandising and Stocking:
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Restock products on the counter as needed.
- Monitor and manage product expiration dates.
- Upselling and Crossselling:
- Suggest additional items or upsell promotions to increase sales.
- Encourage customers to try new products or promotions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other team members and departments.
