Success Factor Support Analyst required in an Educational Group.
The Group is headquartered in London.
The Selected Candidate will be reporting to the Head Office team in London. The selected candidate will be working from the Group Office based in Hyderabad.
Role -
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to maintain SuccessFactors as a robust source of people data.
Support and administer functionality for multiple modules and system enhancements within SF
This role requires the candidate to work with teams across the Globe, hence the candidate should be willing to work in different zones as per requirement.
Job Responsibilities -
Build, test and deploy functionality for multiple modules and system enhancements within SF
Provide functional support for end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including building solutions ad hoc
Provide training, demonstrations, and documentation to regional/school HR teams
Experience/Requirement -
3 to 5 years of relevant Work Experience
Bachelors Degree in Relevant stream
SuccessFactor support or administrator certification with at least Employee Central associate certificate (Success Factor certification is mandatory)
Experience of working with SuccessFactor with a minimum of 1 and ideally 2 full lifecycle implementations
Demonstrable experience with Foundation objects, MDF objects, Business rules, Time off, Associations, Workflows, Data uploads etc
Highly experienced at taking functional HR requirements and translating these into HRIS solutions
Experience of working in a global team and liaising virtually with a diverse group of stakeholders (locally and internationally)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
Excellent analytical skills with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
