Oliver Wyman is now looking for an Office Services Team Leader to join our Riyadh office!



The Opportunity


The Office Services TL is responsible for coordinating and overseeing facilities management and office services tasks in Riyadh as well as providing wider support to the OS IMEA Managers.


Key responsibilities of the role include:



Oversee the Office Services functions: Implement new processes & policies support local OS team members and handle multiple OSrelated requests ensuring coverage is maintained approve and track attendance.

Support OS Regional Head & UAE OS Manager with recruiting training of staff feedback & delivery of performance reviews & development.

Assist in team coverage for the wider OS IMEA team in coordination with the OS Managers

Develop key relationships with key stakeholders within Oliver Wyman MMC businesses and externally with key vendors/service providers.

Contribute to and/or manage local or regional projects OS/RE related as well as with an OW wide scope

Ownership of office configuration and daytoday operation of the office providing a safe clean and secure working environment at all times.

Reception team coordination meetings/trainings/internal events set ups and liaising with MMC Tech & troubleshooting issues

Facilities Management coordination maintenance cleaning office security building management/security printing contracts & troubleshooting issues

Effective liaising with local building management contractors and regulatory agencies.

Local SPOC for BCD coordination queries and local escalation

Local SPOC for corporate American Express program coordination queries and local escalation

OS inductions ensuring information is kept UpToDate aligned with the Regional OS inductions and delivered effectively.

Maintaining local Facilities and RE tracker ensuring spend aligns with annual budgets provided by Regional OS Manager

Oversee Health & Safety and Fire Safety & evacuation processes and procedures adhering to all statutory compliances and MMC guidelines.

Support Regional Head in the mobilization delivery and coordination of Office projects renovations refurbishments moves & space planning

Office Insurance policies ensuring insurance policies are maintained. Escalation point for project related insurance and working with Marsh Insce hub on project related insurance requests

Assisting in maintaining all office related documentation is maintained




Experience Required:



4 years experience working in an senior Office Services and Office management role within a similar corporate environment

4 years experience in supervising a team

Experience in management consultancy or similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential



Attributes:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment

Experienced people supervisor capable of training coaching and motivating talent

Problem solver able to work with other teams and staff members effectively to reach a viable solution and goal

Selfstarter strong initiative confidence and ability to work with little guidance

Strong Customer Service orientation

Strong team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team.

Ability to juggle several tasks at once to prioritize and manage own time.

Creative methodical and excellent attention to detail

Flexible cando attitude hardworking cost conscious and results driven


Skills:


Fluent in English & Arabic

Advanced knowledge or Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel working knowledge of PowerPoint helpful
