Financial Analyst

• perform balance sheet substantiation as per UBS guidelines • reconcile source data to ledger, resolve any breaks • providing regular financial results and insight beyond standard reporting, including sourcing, analysis and discussion with the business • help analyze entity costs and assist business identify billing drivers to allocate their service costs • support business divisions and functions with their demand for new services and improvements to existing services • support the modelling and analysis of new cost allocations and billing drivers for business approval • manage time bookings of staff and cost recovery • support roll out of the new teams and processes in Qatar Your team You'll be working in the local Finance to support the build-up of UBS operations in Qatar. Your expertise • ideally 4+ years of work experience in Business Finance and Accounting • strong knowledge of billing processes, month-end closing processes and reporting activities • demonstrated experience in communicating and dealing with Regulators & Auditors • strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, high degree of reliability and independence • driven and known for hitting deadlines, delivering high quality performance in a dynamic workplace • proactive, self-managed individual with good time management abilities About us UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
