World Health Labs (WHL) is an international healthcare solutions provider contracted to provide healthcare services for various public and private sector organizations throughout the United States of America (USA) and Canada.

Experienced RNs are needed for travel/deployment assignments throughout Canada providing health services to all hospital departments.

We are looking for Nurses who wish to move to Canada. We will help and support candidates through the Visa and Immigration process and travel to Canada.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Arrange and provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation assessment nursing diagnosis counselling and health teaching.
  • Provide patientcentred care in alignment with nursing practice standards/scope of practice outlined by the Nursing Association.
  • Develop and review nursing care plans that are individualized to each client.
  • Participates in assessing planning implementing and evaluating multidisciplinary care plans to meet clients individualized needs.
  • Provide care while ensuring that on an ongoing basis clients emotional spiritual and physical comfort and safety are met to the greatest possible extent; care must be within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
  • Incorporate a holistic comprehensive model of care to meet clients emotional spiritual and physical needs.
  • Perform routine nursing duties following company policies and procedures and Standards of Nursing Practice defined by the state regulating body; perform specialized nursing procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated.
  • Adhere to the current policies and procedures outlined by the facility/hospital setting and World Health Labs.
  • Medication Administration (IV/IM/SC/Inhalation/Transdermal) and are familiar with highrisk/highalert drugs or critical care infusions (ER/ICU/CCU/PACU)
  • Provide patient education based on program protocols individually or in groups.
  • Coordinate daily with patients case managers physicians scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments treatments and information communication.
  • Collaborated effectively with interdisciplinary team members (Physicians NPs Social Workers)
  • Consult with physicians pharmaceuticals and biotechnology clients regarding education and implementation of productspecific programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team providing oversight and delegating tasks to RPN/LPN PSW following the accreditation bodies nurse s guidelines and institutional policies.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients family and staff members.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in nursing
  • At least two years of recent nursing experience preferably in a hospital or community setting or a LongTerm Care facility
  • Willing to work and live in Canada as a nurse.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of clinical effectively and nonclinical field employees and interpret company policies strong track record in health teaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations objectively and consistently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Nurse in Charge experience is considered an asset.
  • Able to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize care and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Able to travel from assignment to assignment.
