Job Description
-Head of the operational activities.
-Proven technical leadership and experience creating and maintaining a high performing team.
-Track record of driving improvement programs focused on plant performance, process optimisation and risk management.
-Supervises the work of operators/ technician on the project including providing technical guidance and reviewing work and results. Evaluate operations and activities of assigned responsibilities.
-Recommend improvements and modifications whenever required.
-Establishes schedules and methods for providing plant operations and maintenance services; identifies resource needs; reviews need with appropriate management staff; allocates resources accordingly.
