Lead Product Engineer

We are nowseeking a proactive Lead Product Engineer to bolster our Product Engineering team. In this critical role you will take charge of technical ownership for our product lines specifically concentrating on Evac Vacuum Systems. These systems encompass vacuum toilets vacuum generation systems and related accessories serving as the foremost sanitation solution in the Marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Technical Oversight: Spearhead the vacuum product line demonstrating proactive technical ownership over standard products.
• Initiative in Project Leadership: Lead and drive product development projects with a proactive mindset ensuring meticulous handling and comprehensive documentation.
• Proactive Project Management: Strategize and execute project plans tasks schedules and milestones identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
• Continuous Proactive Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives consistently updating and enhancing standard systems and products.
• Unified Product Management: Ensure a cohesive and proactive management approach for all products to anticipate and resolve issues preemptively.
• Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely and proactively with internal and external stakeholders such as product line managers sales delivery projects and sourcing to ensure proactive cost competitiveness timely delivery and high product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of proactive experience in product development delivery engineering and/or project management.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership in driving development projects and related tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CAD and PDM tools.
• Strong English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Excellent proactive collaboration skills with a proactive organized and forwardthinking approach.
• Experience in vacuum systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
