We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Product Owner to lead the success of our ERP system. You will play a pivotal role in understanding the concerns and requirements of stakeholders and ERP users advising them on possible solutions. You will take ownership of the application coordinate the identification of answers/solutions to address business needs and drive the daily prioritization of workflow projects and scope.

Tasks

• A good understanding of the concerns/requirements of stakeholders/ERP users and the ability to advise them on possible solutions.
• A holistic understanding of our value chains to provide efficient and targeted advice on our processes.
• Gather and document business requirements for the application by working closely with users across the supply chain sales & ecommerce and finance units.
• Proactively communicate with business and development teams as well as internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Take ownership of the application coordinate the identification of answers/solutions to address business needs and drive the daily prioritization of workflow projects and scope; troubleshoot reported issues and escalate as necessary.
• Organize collaboration between various project members and thirdparty companies to ensure that specific requirements are clarified and met in a timely manner for smaller IT projects.
• Support other process and application owners with enduser documentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a rich background in product and/or project management including methodologies and an instrumental role in product development.
• 3 years of experience in defining and implementing digital projects preferably ERP solutions.
• Strong collaboration communication and project management skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business requirements technical concepts and product KPIs to optimize the product and provide valuable solutions.
• Proven ability to take ownership of applications lead crossfunctional teams and drive the strategic development of software and its features.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and related project management tools such as Jira and/or Asana.
• An entrepreneurial resilient and handson personality with a strong growth mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of German and French is advantageous to communicate effectively in an international environment.
