They have a permanent staff opportunity available for an Administrator to join the team in Cockermouth. Its is a full time position and you will be working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Your new job
- Daily reconciliation and responsibility for client bank accounts.
- Daily processing of receipts and payments.
- Processing new agreements and end of agreement accounting.
- Scheme administration including registering of deposits and disputes.
- Completion of Monthly quarterly and annual processes including HMRC submissions
- Compilation of credit control reports and subsequent actions.
- Dealing with accounting queries from stakeholders within a timely manner
Requirements
- Exceptional administration skills.
- Confident on a keyboard.
- Proactive attitude.
- Ideally some accounting or bookkeeping experience especially Sage50.
- Organised.
- Excellent communication skills.
