What youll do at SOL:

• Provide data analytics serv ices to help solve client business problems/objectives drive business value and gain strategy and insight from information
• Focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition validation and analysis of data
• Review and analyze new data sources including identifying data structure and quality issues
• Research data sources in support of client business requirements
• Facilitate crossfunctional team members understanding of what can and cannot be supported with specific datasets
• Create and maintain various data reporting tools using Demo Tableau Power BI etc.
• Partner closely with internal client teams to understand support and improve their data collection and analysis processes and capabilities
• Provide executive level analysis and presentations on businessrelated issues/problems and recommend actions for resolution/improvement

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools including MS Project Visio PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience working with data visualization/reporting tools (Demo Tableau Power BI etc.)
• 5 years experience in the data and analytics space
• Ability to work independently to discover data understand data relationships and deliver support to client business teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
