JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Intake Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lead management process from initial lead capture to lead distribution and qualification. They play a vital role in optimizing the conversion of leads into customers and ensuring a smooth transition between marketing and sales teams.
The primary responsibility of the Lead Intake Manager is to oversee the team of Lead Intake Specialists and Cold Calling Specialists. The Lead Intake Manager has a mindset of constant improvement and dedication to process management.

- Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple clientfocus representatives
- Strong leadership experience in delegation and task management
- Prior experience in software and systems performance monitoring
- Strong abilities in giving concise constructive feedback and the ability to hold team members accountable
- Demonstrable problemsolving abilities
- Data analytic experience and the ability to break down data into communicable information for individual team members the marketing team and executive leadership

- Ability to travel when necessary
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
