Inside Sales / Customer Support (Entrylevel)
Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will manage relationships with vendors and clients in the printing industry ensuring timely delivery and handling customer inquiries.
Essential Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors managing inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain client relationships addressing concerns and solving issues related to deadlines and product quality.
- Track and manage project timelines ensuring ontime delivery of printed materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service quality.
- Provide highlevel customer service while maintaining professionalism in B2B interactions.
Working Hours Working Style
9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Fulltime inoffice initially with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working model.
Parttime or flexible working hours can be negotiated.
Working Location
Richardson TX (may change)
Salary Benefits
$1820/hr
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese (MUST) and businesslevel English.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
