Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:
Banking Compliance Officer Geneva 7 months 100% Feb. 2024 CHF 130000
Tasks
- Report suspicious activities related to money laundering
- Investigate and escalate any sanctionsrelated issues identified
- Ensure full compliance with KYC reviews considering new sanctions
- Take on an advisory role for the business in all compliance related topics
- Analyze client relationships and transactions in light of economic sanctions
Requirements
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Professional fluency in English French is an asset
- At least 5 years PQE in compliance within a bank or law firm
- Proven experience in an operational setting (e.g. onboarding)
- Completed legal degree and / or relevant compliance certification
