Adams Limitless is seeking a Senior Manager Development and Community Planning for their client located in North York. This pivotal role will spearhead the strategic development and community planning initiatives driving the growth and evolution of the clients real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change embodying a blend of technical expertise and leadership prowess to navigate complex urban development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning execution and management of largescale development projects ensuring alignment with the companys vision and strategic goals.
Engage with municipal authorities to secure necessary approvals permits and foster positive relationships.
Oversee project teams providing direction and supervision to ensure compliance with development agreements and standards.
Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts to advance the companys development objectives.
Champion sustainable development practices and uphold the companys commitment to social and environmental responsibilities.
Proven experience in urban planning land development and project management within a postsecondary or complex institutional environment.
Strong understanding of municipal planning processes real estate finance and land use legislation.
