Content Marketing Manager all genders

Your Role Were looking for an experienced Content Marketing professional who is passionate about decarbonization and sustainability. Working in a small team that makes a huge impact on company strategy and direction you should be motivated to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

Your Mission Be the goto person for content strategy creation and optimization. You will independently manage and execute your own processes and take end to end ownership of creative projects from concept through to completion.

Tasks

• Take ownership of content strategy creation and optimization and ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to content across all our marketing channels
• Develop a content strategy aligned with brand identity target audience and SEO goals
• Produce various content types (blogs ebooks whitepapers infographics webinars) to attract educate and convert prospects
• Conduct a thorough audit of current website content. Write and optimize content for all the existing and upcoming website pages
• Ensure consistency in tone style and messaging across all content collaterals
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to incorporate relevant keywords for SEO
• Collaborate with the management marketing and development teams to integrate new content in existing materials and come up with ideas to increase organic traffic and leads
• Promote content through multiple channels (social media website and email marketing) and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with lead generation objectives
• Monitor and analyze content performance for datadriven improvements and present KPIs / performance reports
• Work closely with our Cofounders and other members of the Marketing team. Establish a crossfunctional and collaborative relationship with other departments such as Product Sales and Customer Success

Requirements

• You bring in 4 years of handson experience in a similar role in the B2B SaaS industry
• You have solid knowledge of content creation optimization and strategy
• You have excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
• You know how to capture target audience interest at every maturity stage across multiple channels including social media website blogs and email marketing
• You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are able to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with the climatetech company is a great plus!
• Experience working with SEMRush is nice to have
• You rely on excellent organizational and prioritization skills and you can manage your tasks and your projects individually
• Positive openminded and creative personality with a proactive approach and a selfdriven work attitude
• A supportive team player with a strong work ethic eager to learn and work independently as well as in team environment
• You are passionate about business sustainability carbon emissions management and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmees mission and vision
• You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or willing to travel to Berlin on a regular basis
