Lead Enterprise Architect 90-100

We are looking for you as Lead Enterprise Architect for Toradex an innovative internationally leading player in the embedded industry with strong growth ambition. As lead of the business process management team you will play the key role in defining crosstool/crossplatform architecture of new solutions with web technology and integrating them with ERP CRM and other systems. Tasks

• Collaborating with senior management to understand business objectives strategies and operational requirements
• Assessing and analyzing current technology capabilities systems and infrastructure at Toradex to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Proposing and designing technology solutions that enhance efficiency scalability and agility within the whole organization
• Driving and managing IT projects (webbased platforms integration projects automation topics data insight improvements etc.) ensuring the desired business outcome
• Ensuring the integration and interoperability of different technology systems and platforms
• Defining and enforcing technology standards policies and procedures to maintain a cohesive and secure technology environment
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions staying updated with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture
• Leading the ERP and CRM teams (Solution architects and developers 2 direct reports 4 indirect reports)

Requirements

• Strong experience in the area enterprise architecture or solution architecture with deep IT architecture skills like:
• Web platforms (webshops customer portals etc.)
• Good IT security knowledge
• Integration with CRM ERP and other solutions
• General automation solutions
• Data architecture / Information architecture
• Profound knowhow in managing and leading multifunctional projects and teams using an agile method and an organized and accurate working style
• Strong relationshipbuilding and proactive communication skills in the management of stakeholders combined with high integrity and the ability to prioritize
• Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and a problemsolver mindset
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems or a related field
• Fluent in English German is a clear advantage
