The Regional Parts Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the After Market of Parts Business and coordinating spare parts business with Dealers in the field of Construction Equipment for the South & Middle America and Caribbean Market.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience in Construction Equipment Business
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Dealer Networks in the field of Construction Equipment for South & Middle America and Caribbean Market.
- Assist in establishing business relationships with International Key Accounts and local contractors.
- Increase Market Coverage and spare parts sales to International Key Accounts and local contractors.
- Conduct dealer development including new dealer development for open territories.
- Support dealer performance evaluations in Sales Marketing Parts business A/S and organization updates.
- Provide sales & marketing assistance to HCE dealers and HQ sales departments.
- Assist HCE HQ s dealers and their customers in achieving sales targets.
- Cooperate with HCE Personnel to improve current Dealer s Capabilities & Capacities.
- Support HCE HQ s dealers in introducing products to their customers through meetings events and customer meetings.
- Conduct quarterly reviews on HCE dealers performance and provide necessary encouragement.
- Undertake other special assignments and duties as required to achieve overall effectiveness in Dealer Development for the company.
