As a Business Support Mexicoyou will be the crucial link between our markets and customers and our internal departments that makes sure everything runs as smoothly as possible in the daytoday operations of our Mexican office (that were about to move into).You will be supporting our local sales team thatis part of the International Markets department at Oatly.

The role is based in Mexico Cityand requires native/full professional proficiency in Spanish and English. You will be reporting into the Country Manager Mexico.


HERE ARE THE THINGS WE NEED YOU TO DO:

  • Provide full administrative support to distribution partners & retailers tasks such as input technical specifications price adjustments & labelling.
  • Accounting revision with our country partners.
  • Inventory management.
  • Management of imports of Oatly products into Mexico.
  • Accounts payable and receivable.
  • Invoicing to distributors.
  • Management of tax payment to authorities.
  • Implement and maintain routines on product content across all channels and locations.
  • Participate in new product & customer launching projects.
  • Work actively to improve systems and processes.
  • Maintain records and/or files for assigned areas. Ensure appropriate documentation is timely and accurately entered in customers application forms.

HERE ARE THE THINGS WE THINK YOU NEED:

  • We believe that you have a university degree preferably in accounting and/or similar working experience.
  • You have at least 3 years experience in team support/administration capacity preferable in a producing industry e.g FMCG. If you have experience from an international environment that is a plus.
  • You are skilled in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Its a merit if you have knowledge of GS1 GLN and EDIorders.
  • To succeed in the role you have excellent organizational skills you are highly detail oriented and rigorous. You are proactive independent service minded and enjoy collaborating with others.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish both in writing and verbal.
