You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice and support to our clients ensuring efficient management of their payables and receivables processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
1. Manage the endtoend accounts payable process including invoice processing coding and approval workflows.
2. Conduct regular reviews of vendor accounts reconciling discrepancies and resolving payment issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
4. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Accounts Receivable:
1. Oversee the accounts receivable function including invoicing collections and cash application.
2. Monitor customer accounts aging reports and work to minimize outstanding receivables.
3. Collaborate with sales and client teams to resolve billing and paymentrelated inquiries.
4. Implement and maintain credit control policies to mitigate credit risk.
Financial Analysis:
1. Perform financial analysis related to payables and receivables identifying trends and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare and present reports to management regarding the financial health of clients payables and receivables.
Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards regulations and internal policies.
2. Assist clients in preparing for audits and provide necessary documentation.
Client Engagement:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique business requirements.
2. Provide proactive financial advice and solutions to optimize payables and receivables processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
