Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and events held at Lough Rynn Castle.
- Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and according to the client's wishes.
- Oversee the planning and organization of wedding ceremonies receptions and other special events.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored event solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors suppliers and other external parties involved in event planning.
- Create event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Handle inquiries and bookings for weddings and events providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup audiovisual equipment decorations and catering.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
- Assist in marketing and promoting the castle as a premier wedding and event venue.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wedding and event planning or coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Knowledge of wedding and event industry trends and best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in organizing weddings and events at luxury venues.
- Understanding of Irish wedding traditions and customs.
- Experience in managing budgets and handling financial aspects of events.
