Job Description
LeadService Delivery Manager
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy
adjustments and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
Proactively identifying and anticipating the problems which may hinder the project rollout and
taking corrective measures
Strong knowledge on fiber architecture
Sound knowledge on OTN DWDM
IP knowledge is a plus
Hands on experience on Fiber Operation or Deployment
Extremely good knowledge on large project Delivery
Good project management knowledge
Able to handle business/customer escalation
Able to work on mission critical
