Job Description
My People Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who have experience of working with children young adults & older adults with Mental Health Autism ADHD Anxiety & Depression who are committed to delivering quality care for their clients to work with a specialist leading provider of NDIS services for people with mental health who are neurodivergent affirming across the Melbourne metro and surrounding areas
Our client has various shifts available (eg Monday to Friday early morning am to am weekdays daytime afternoons pm to pm or pm to pm) and limited shifts available on weekends particularly Saturday mornings and Saturday afternoons

- Experience of working with or lived experience of working with children young adults & older adults with Mental Health Autism ADHD Depression & Anxiety
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- A current Police Check Vaccinations (including COVID) CPR & First Aid & the right to work in Australia
- Driving Licence and access to a reliable car are essential
- Cert III Individual Supports Cert IV Disability and / or Mental Health Care Qualification will be highly regarded
- Integrity honesty & reliability is critical for this role
NOTE All the roles available include some level of personal care and assistance as a standard part of the support workers role
