Your Commitment will include

• Lead and guide the internal software development team
• Ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems in the development environment (S/ HANA Fiori Solution Manager etc)
• Evolve SAP system with a focus on adhering to SAP standards
• Create technical specifications and effort estimations including Make or Buy decisions
• Define work packages for sprints to ensure releases considering TimetoMarket principles (Scrum)
• Act as the technical point of contact for external partners
• Mentor train and develop apprentices in the field of application development

Achieving the difference requires

• IT technical education or business education with IT technical further education at the FH or HF level demonstrating a strong sense of programming languages and technical concepts
• Instructor qualification (apprentices) in application development or willingness to acquire this qualification
• Several years of proven fullstack development experience in the SAP environment (ABAP UI C# JavaScript TypeScript HTML etc) preferably in Retail
• Knowledge of interface techniques and tools (EDI CPI LobsterData etc)
• Leadership experience with internal and external SAP and nonSAP developers
• Creative interconnected and solutionoriented thinking
• Strong quality awareness and customer orientation
• Excellent German and good to very good English language skills
