SKILLS: IAM SME with Strong Saviynt ( Need experience with Saviynt development, any application integration or customization using Saviynt)
- Define role and request based user account life cycle management models
- Assess and configure/develop application connectors
- Configure dashboards on the IAM product
- Extensive and demonstrated experience in end-to-end deployment and management of IGA solution
- Experience with IAM planning, implementation, and operations
- Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory with working experience on Saviynt EIC (or similar)
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the system within agreed service levels
- ServiceNOW integration (target & source) platform integration
- Responsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentation
- Help with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAs
- Identify integration patterns for In-Scope Assets and establish connections
- Work closely with business teams and DevSecOps teams on for activities related to supporting the IAM service offerings
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues
- Maintain in-scope applications within the In-Scope Layers
- Implement Identity and Access Management products highly prefer Saviynt experience but will accept experience with other modern IGA products
- Develop, configure and deploy standard LCM and IGA features, connectors and workflows
- Be self-driven with minimal daily oversight required
- Leverage acquired IAM/G experience to design optimal solutions to meet business requirements
- Interpret responses to questionnaires from the stakeholder teams
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Ensure integration of technology that upholds the Information Security policies and standards, as well as meets firm business objectives
- Identify opportunities for security process improvement
- Provide support of critical security infrastructure components to ensure system availability
- Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the enterprise architecture
- Provide leadership related to technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices and processes and standards that apply to their technical area of expertise
- Research technical improvements and takes the initiative to communicate/implement solutions
- Communicates issues and problem resolutions with all affected stakeholders, business areas and vendors
- Ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resources
What You'll Need:
7+ years of experience with all of the following
- Experience with Saviynt or comparable modern tools
- IAM/G product experience - specifically deployment of applications
- Experience and understanding of IAM framework and architecture
- Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory with working experience on Saviynt EIC or comparable tool(s)
- Identity and Access Management automation experience
- Coding / scripting skills Ability to add, update or troubleshoot code to resolve issues, create efficiencies or integrate systems is a plus. Java required.
- General knowledge of Enterprise Systems (Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP Directory, ACF2, SaaS products, Services, Security Policies / GPOs, Operating System (OS) hardening, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Certificates/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Management concepts, Cloud Technology and device authentication a plus.
