JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work and communicate in a clear concise and understandable manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time.
- Professional business presentation skillsets to provide deliverables efficiently to team leadership and executives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global group.
- Possesses effective decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Previous handson experience with identity authentication methods and security concepts.
- Knowledge preferred of IAM related software and tools including Microsoft Active Directory and Service Now.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Technical background preferred with experience or education.
