be the sales operations glue for the regionwide sales organization To be the Salesforce guru and be the key coordinator for a number of key sales needs They will be a critical team member in support of the Americas Vice President of Sales and their teamppstrongstrongstrongWhat will you dostrongstrongstrongpulliTo manage Salesforce as the regional super userliliLiaise with Global Salesforce Lead to ensure alignmentliliTo run weekly and monthly lead reports and undertake trend analysis on pipeline developmentliliTrack sales performance of individual sales team members for commission calculationsliliTo attend biweekly sales meetings and capture relevant actions in the weekly dashboardliliTo track monthly and annual win rates by value and volumeliliTo track and identify win rate trendsliliTo ensure that marketing qualified leads flowing through from marketing are actioned by the respective sales team member in a timely mannerliliTo review and ensure that Salesforce is accurately kept up to date by the sales team and challenge them when it is notliliTrain regional team on Salesforce as requiredliliAct as the BQF coordinatorliliTo be the guardian of the OneSource sales material repository ensuring each new sales material (sales decks sales sheets etc) is uploaded into the repository and to ensure that out of date materials are removed from OneSourceliliTo support sales materials for bid responses and support in helping to prepare sales decksliliTo continuously scan for relevant market reports (not news clippings) from the likes of Gartner Forrester IDC Accenture Bain Boston Consulting and convert into market insightliliTo continuously scan for new sales and market materials (case studies white papers presentations market reports) from relevant competitors and partners and make those available to the sales team the marketing team and the Americas Leadership teamliliFrom time to time personally handle smaller prospect leads to qualify and then route to the appropriate team memberliliThe role may offer the opportunity in the future of some business development on taking specific products to marketliliAs required support the marketing team activities such as SF reporting market research campaign target list generation etcliliWork with marketing to identify market specific campaigns to coordinate with the sales teamliliSupport the qualification process of inbound marketing leadsliliIdentify networking opportunities across Americas which align with regional goalsliliWork with BDM team and marketing to maximize exposure at each
