Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Job Description: The Lead User Experience (UX) Designer is a key role in our Strategy and Digital Transformation team. As the Lead UX Designer, you will take the lead in solving complex problems within the healthcare industry. You'll drive the strategy for designing digital interactions across user journeys and use an iterative process to refine, prototype, test, and communicate solutions.
Job Duties:
Lead a team of designers to define quality user experiences for new and ongoing products.
Mentor and guide junior designers and ensure alignment with best practices.
Provide creative solutions for end-to-end user experiences, facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
Maintain alignment with best-in-class practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pragmatic solutions for customer's digital product experiences.
Drive execution and deliverables, ensuring product design aligns with company standards.
Identify and drive user research opportunities to inform and validate design decisions.
Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, and more to communicate proposed solutions.
Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design.
Collaborate with UI designers to create high-fidelity prototypes.
Recognize patterns and strategic opportunities across products and experiences.
Required Work Experience:
8-10 years of experience in designing digital product experiences using dedicated design tools and digital processes.
Demonstrated experience in using user research to inform and validate design decisions.
Proficiency in creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Experience in conducting competitive analysis and relevant research.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Web Design, Design Thinking, Design Strategy, or a related field.
