Job Description

This is a remote position.


**Position Overview:**


As an In-House Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, source, assess, and hire top talent for our organization. You will play a critical role in building a skilled and dynamic workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values. **Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Talent Sourcing:** Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.


2. **Candidate Screening:** Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.


3. **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.


4. **Assessment and Evaluation:** Use appropriate assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills when necessary.


5. **Candidate Relationship Management:** Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.


6. **Employer Branding:** Promote the company's brand to attract top talent and create a positive candidate experience.


7. **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to make informed hiring decisions.


8. **Hiring Manager Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, share insights, and facilitate the recruitment process.


9. **Offer Negotiation:** Help negotiate job offers and ensure they are competitive and attractive to candidates.


10. **Onboarding Assistance:** Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including necessary paperwork and orientation.


11. **Data and Reporting:** Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience- advantageous but not essential.

- 18 Yeard Old+

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition advantageous.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
